  • You may not share your account credentials with others
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Our Content

The Service, including story templates, illustrations, and designs created by our AI and team, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non-commercial license to use the books you create for private enjoyment.

Restrictions

  • You may not resell or commercially distribute books created through our Service
  • You may not use our Service to create content that infringes others' rights
  • You may not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
